Before you go: opening days & access

Allow about four hours and start early enough to walk uphill in daylight. Finish outside N Seoul Tower; the paid observatory is optional. A cable car is an alternative with its own route, fare and queue.

Start around Myeongdong Station, then use Hoehyeon-side park access for Baekbeom Square and the signed Namsan paths. The return from the summit is extra; check your chosen descent and last transport.
